How it works:
The description on the product says that each puff is pre-dosed with ultra fine crystals and mild purifiers for the perfect degree of gentle exfoliation.
From where I see it, once the puff is attached to the head of the system, it vibrates against the skin and the fine crystals and purifier contained in the puff help to perform the procedure.
The uppermost layer of the skin which is also called the epi-dermis comes in direct contact with the system and the puff, which in turn exfoliate the skin, releasing fine crystals which deep clean the layer. Further the vibrating motion helps to massage the skin and increase the blood flow to the area.
Now microdermabrasion only effects the dermis and epidermis and does not interfere with other layers of the skin which is the reason why it is not painful or detrimental. (Most imperfections are found in these layers)
As such, the whole procedure activates the skin cells into action and once the procedure is complete the body rejuvenates the epidermis forming new skin cells.
In popular culture microdermabrasion is being termed as an 'instant facelift'.

How to use:
Attach Rejuvenating Puff to Attachment Head with blue side facing up. Press with thumb to securely attach Puff and wet thoroughly. My take:
I am very satisfied with the system. I use it once a week although the recommended usage is 3 times/ week, but since I do not feel the need to use it that many times, I think the product is definitely worth your money. I would specifically like to recommend it to everyone who is looking for a product to clarify and even tone their skin.
The following picture was taken 15 minutes after using the system because I myself was shocked to see the
results of the before and after picture and wanted to be sure ;)
Pros:
1. It is very handy and can fit easily in your bag
2. It is very effective and results can be seen in a single usage
3. The dual setting helps you control the vibrations and you can alter as per facial zone eg a lighter setting for
nose area and the chin
4. You get a replacement head with refill pads
5. Can be used by elderly as well as those in their 20s.
Cons:
1. The product is not available off the shelf in India
2. If purchased from abroad, the refill pads will be hard to find in Indian market
3. There is no option to charge; batteries have to be used
I think the Pros far outweigh the cons and I would definitely recommend it to everybody.
