Review: TBS Tea Tree Blemish Gel


My skin is prone to acne and scarring and has been that way ever since I was a teenager. In search for a miracle cure, I found myself loitering at the Body Shop store in Colaba a few months back.

As on this day, I have finished up this product and am ready and willing to present my 'One TRUE Opinion'. So here goes...



What the Company Claims:

FULL INGREDIENTS
Aqua (Solvent/Diluent), Alcohol Denat. (Solvent/Diluent), Glycerin (Humectant), PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (Surfactant), Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil (Skin Conditioning Agent), Mel (Natural Additive), Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil (Natural Additive), Carbomer (Stabiliser/Viscosity Modifier), Aminomethyl Propanol (pH Adjuster), Salix Alba Bark Extract (Natural Additive), t-Butyl Alcohol (Denaturant), Limonene (Natural Additive), Citral (Natural Additive), Leptospermum Petersonii Oil (Natural Additive), Denatonium Benzoate (Denaturant), Tocopherol (Antioxidant).

How to Use
Apply directly to blemished skin using the wand or clean fingertips.


PRICE: Rs.465/- for 2.50 ml (yes 2 POINT 50!)                                                   

Pros: NONE

Cons:
1. Very Expensive


2. Way too Less Product

3. Come with a wand for application, which makes it unhygienic to     use over a period of time 

4. Does not reduce Blemishes

5. Does not even fade Blemishes

  2. Thank you! I just figured out another con- using the wand to apply directly to blemishes may actually carry infection from the skin to the product over a period of time!
